National Law Universities (NLUs) are the most prestigious law school in India. NLSIU, National Law School of India University in Bangalore, was the first NLU established under the NATIONAL LAW SCHOOL OF INDIA ACT, 1986. At present, there are 23 NLUs in India offering five-year integrated law courses, as well as postgraduate and Ph.D. courses in law. NLU Ranking will help you to make a target.
According to the NIRF (The National Institute of Ranking Framework) Report 2020, released by MHRD, 10 of the 23 NLUs in India were ranked among the top law colleges in India. The top three positions for law colleges in India has been secured by:

NLU Admission Process
Students who dream of getting admission to National Law Universities have to appear for a law entrance exam CLAT. However, for students who seek to get admission in NLU Delhi, they have to appear for AILET (All India Law Entrance Test). NLU Delhi does not accept CLAT scores. Like NLU Delhi, there are other NLUs like NLU Himachal Pradesh, that conducts their own entrance exam called HP-NLET; however, it has now joined the CLAT Core Committee and has become a part of the CLAT Consortium and accepts CLAT scores for admissions.
