The CLAT, Common Law Admission Test is the most popular law entrance exam in India. More than 70,000 students appear for the exam every year, and it is the dream of many aspirants to become successful lawyers and advocates in India. The CLAT exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 13 in offline mode. However, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Consortium has informed that it will review the current situation in the first week of May 2021 and will then decide the CLAT 2021 exam date. In case any changes are made, it will be updated on the official website of CLAT.
The official statement released by the CLAT Consortium says, “The applicants are advised not to panic at this stage as the Consortium will take the necessary steps as time and situation demand and shall keep the applicants updated accordingly.”
The process of filing the CLAT 2021 application form is underway. The candidates can fill the application form in online mode on the official website of the exam latest by April 30. The CLAT application fee for the General category and OBC category is Rs 4000 and for SC/ST candidates is Rs 3500.
