Before answering the passage questions, read it with concentration and make some quick notes in mind. If you can understand the context of the passage, you can answer the questions quickly. 

The vocabulary questions are related to the meaning of specific phrases and words in the passage. If you don’t know the meaning, you should find that word in the passage and read a couple of sentences before and after the word. 

To be able to answer the questions in less time, you must practice reading as much as you can. Reading speed is crucial. You can read English newspapers and magazines regularly, especially the editorial sections. In addition, practice as many comprehensive passages as you can with sample papers, CLAT mock tests, etc. 

GK and Current Affairs 

Usually, the current affairs questions in CLAT are related to the events that happened in the duration of one year till the date of the exam. You should also refer to online journals and media portals to cover the untouched areas. Legal Reasoning

Logical Reasoning

Quantitative Techniques

For this, you need to learn and practice several topics like Ratio and Proportion, Area and Volume, geometrical figures, probability, important formulas for all concepts, etc. You should also know about the conversion of units, like inches to feet, inches to cm, etc. 

Here, you should remember that the exam aims not only to test your mathematical skills but also the ability to analyze graphical data and other aspects. Therefore, expect some logic-based questions and prepare yourself accordingly.
