After completing your undergraduate law course, you can either go for higher studies like LL.M or enrol in the State Bar Council. If you want to enrol in State Bar Council, you need to pass the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) within two years of enrollment in the State Bar Council. You’ll be eligible to practice law, thereafter.
