The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is an exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI), which is mandatory for every law graduate to clear for practicing law in any Court of law in India. AIBE is an assessment of legal knowledge and aptitude, conceptual clarity and decision-making skills required to practice law. Thus one must prepare for AIBE (16) in a holistic manner.
Till 2020, AIBE was an open book exam, which allowed candidates to carry books, notebooks, and study material to the exam hall.
