Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is organized by the Consortium of National Law Universities. It is a national-level entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) law programmes offered by 24 National Law Universities in India.
The consortium of NLUs has initiated the CLAT application process 2024 from July 1, 2023. Till November 3, 2023, the candidates can apply for the CLAT exam.
CLAT exam 2024 will be conducted on December 3, 2023, in offline mode. The candidates can register their CLAT application form on the official website- https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2024/

How To Fill CLAT Application Form 2024?
To fill out the CLAT application form 2024, the candidates need to follow these steps:
STEP 1:
Visit the official CLAT website – https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2024/.
STEP 2:
Click on the “Registration” link and complete the necessary fields, including your name, mobile number, e-mail ID, and password.
STEP 3:
Click the “Register” button again.
STEP 4:
A pop-up window will appear for number verification. Insert the OTP generated and click the “OK” button to activate the account.
Step 5:
Login with your registered mobile number and password.
Step 6:
Select Under Graduate (U.G.) 5-Year LLB Programme and click “Apply for CLAT 2024”. A pop-up window will appear for confirmation.
Step 7:
To fill registration form, upload the required documents, including your scanned passport-size photograph, signature, and category certificate (if applicable).
Step 8:
Then, fill in your personal information, communication details, qualifying examination details, test centre preferences, and reservation.
Step 9:
Accept the Declaration and submit the form.
Step 10:
You can edit your form after submission of the form in the correction window.
Step 11:
Update NLU Preference List (The suggested Preference List Is Given at The End of The Article)
Step 12:
Click to make payment.
You will receive a confirmation email and message after the CLAT Exam fees payment. Keep a copy for your records.

CLAT Admit Card 2024
The CLAT admit card 2024 will be released by the Consortium of NLUs in online mode, a few days before the date of the CLAT exam.
The CLAT exam admit card consists of important details like the date and time of the exam, details of the CLAT exam centre with detailed location, centre code, and other general details like candidate name, category etc, which needs to be produced on the day of the examination.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card.
